These papers include those submitted for inclusion and presentation at the AINA 2010 workshops.  This involves the following 2 stage submission process. 

Paper Submission for Review

1. Write your original research in up to 6 pages (including all tables, figures and references) ensuring that they are formatted in accordance with IEEE’s guidelines [Word ] or [PDF ]
2. Submit your paper to Conference Submission System here .
3. You will be notified of your papers acceptance via email.  Accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore.

Final Camera Ready Paper Submission

1. Write the camera ready version of your paper before 31 Jan 2010 taking into consideration the comments of reviewers ensuring that formatting is entirely within the guidelines in point 1.
2. Convert your paper into a PDF using only the PDF eXpress online file conversion / PDF validation tool provided by the CPS System at http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/home. 
3. Upload your final camera ready PDF file before 31 Jan 2010.
   
4. Submit an IEEE copyright release form [download here ]
5. Ensure that at least one author has registered and paid in full for the conference and paid for any additional pages above the allowed 6.
